Do you build custom websites?
Not any more. We have built 100 ready-made designs for 10 trades, such as plumbers, electricians, hair salons, cafés, restaurants, medical practices and dietitians. You pick the design you like, type in your details, and the website is built automatically. That is why you pay nothing for the build, only a small monthly amount.
What do I need to send you?
Nothing. You do not send us anything and you do not wait for a reply. You fill in the form yourself: business name, what you do, phone number, email and address. If you have a logo and photos, you upload them from your phone. Anything you do not have to hand, you add later.
How fast will it be ready?
In under 10 minutes from the moment you send the form. Usually in 1 to 3 minutes. We email you the address of your website and the details to log in to your account.
Do I need to know about computers?
No. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can fill in the form. It works on a phone too. Everything technical is done automatically by our system.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The website works free for 7 days, with no card and no commitment. If you like it, you continue for €29 a month. If not, you do nothing: it closes by itself and you pay nothing.
How much does it cost? Is there an upfront payment?
€29 a month or €290 a year, which means 2 months free. There is no upfront payment and you pay nothing for the build. The price includes hosting, maintenance, daily backups and help from us. There are no hidden charges. VAT is not included.
Do I pay extra for plugins, backups or a second language?
No. We have already taken care of everything: the extra tools (plugins), the daily backups, the security, the updates and the extra languages are all in the €29. You will not get a surprise bill. The only thing paid separately is the domain, about €15 a year.
Can I ask for something custom on my website?
Yes. If you want something extra on the same design, such as a special page, a different section or a feature you have in mind, message us and we will discuss it. Custom work is charged separately, and we tell you the price before we start.
I forgot to add photos or some details. What do I do?
No problem. With the email we send you, you log in to your account whenever you want, add photos, opening hours, services or whatever is missing, and the website is updated.
Can I change the text, prices and photos?
Yes, yourself, whenever you want. From your account you change phone numbers, hours, services, prices, photos and reviews, with no computer skills. If you get stuck, email us and we help.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. From your account you pick another design and the website is rebuilt in a few minutes. Your details, photos and text stay.
What language will the website be in?
Greek, English or Russian. You can also pick two or three languages together, for your foreign customers.
Will people find me on Google?
The website is built so that Google reads your name, address, opening hours and services correctly. Google usually needs a few weeks to show a new website. Nobody can promise you the first place, and neither do we.
Is the domain included in the price?
The domain is the address of your website, such as yourname.gr. It is not included in the price and costs about €15 a year. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, we help you get one. Until then your website works normally at an address of ours.
Are you like Wix or other do-it-yourself tools?
No. On Wix, Squarespace or Lovable you build the website yourself, piece by piece, and that takes hours and skills. With us you pick a design made for your trade, fill in one form and get a complete website, with text, services and questions that fit your work. And we look after it for you.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. If you pay monthly, you stop whenever you want. If you pay yearly, you get 2 months free.
What happens if I stop paying?
The website stops being shown on the internet and you pay nothing more. If you change your mind, send us a message.
What happens if something breaks?
We keep a backup copy every day. If something breaks, we restore the website for you. You do not need to do anything. And if something looks wrong to you, message us and we sort it out.
If I need help, who do I ask?
Us. We are next to you for anything you need, every working day from 09:00 to 17:00, by email. A question about a photo, a text you cannot change, a payment, anything at all. You write to us and a real person replies.
How can I pay?
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is taken automatically every month or every year, depending on your choice.
